Appointments

Please arrive promptly for your appointment. If you are running late, a phone call would be appreciated. Your treatment time may need to be shortened or rescheduled accordingly to avoid inconvenience to other clients.

To make the most of your time with us, we kindly request that your mobile phone is either turned off or switched to silent during beauty treatments and in our calm shampoo zone.

We endeavour to keep treatments to their allocated times, however the timing and order of treatments are an approximation only.

Cancellations

We require a minimum of 24hrs for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in the following:

Upfront payment for future appointments at time of booking. Loss of Gift Voucher. Loss of treatment on Pre-Paid Series. Deduction of Spa Membership Points.

For your convenience, an SMS reminder and confirmation will be sent the day before your treatment. Please follow the prompts to confirm your acceptance or to cancel.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are:

• Exclusive to treatment and service.
• Not redeemable for cash or products.
• Non-refundable and non-transferable to a third party.
• Valid for 12 months and are not redeemable after this time.
• Must be presented at time of treatment to be valid – we are unable to honour lost or stolen vouchers.
• Can be purchased in the salon, online or via phone and mailed to you.
• Clients who do not show or cancel their treatment within 24hrs will forfeit their voucher.
• At time of booking please quote the Gift Voucher number.

All our retail products are provided by an authentic local supplier.

We have a money back guarantee policy if you get a reaction to the products you purchased from us.

Products are regularly changing on our shelves so the expiry date is well ahead.

We will prescribe a product that is most suitable to your skin type and needs.
